Appointment Policy
We require that all patients have an appointment to ensure the best service and care for our patients. Sometimes, emergencies occur, and there may be a delay in getting you in for your appointment.
We will do our utmost to see all of our clients in a timely manner and apologize in advance for any delays.
Patient Arrival Policy
For the safety of our clients, patients, and staff:
All Dogs must be on a leash and controlled at all times when on clinic grounds and inside the clinic. Please keep retractable leashes locked and set to the shortest extension.
All Cats must be inside a crate or appropriately leashed on the grounds and inside the clinic.
